Matt is the human resources officer providing an in house service that includes the development, communication and application of HR policies and procedures; as well as supporting the firm's recruitment, training and development and change management needs. Matt spent 10 years working at the Audit Commission and NHS in Bristol where he qualified at the University of West of England with a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
