Rebecca is head of the family team at Mogers and specialises in resolving disputes arising from complex financial affairs and family businesses.

Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, joined Mogers in 1996 and become a Partner in 2004.

Rebecca is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in advanced financial provision and Private Children Law. A trained collaborative Lawyer, Rebecca chairs the Bath Collaborative Practitioners Group and has guided many clients through this non-Court based dispute resolution method.
