Samantha is a Partner working in the Private Client Team specialising in trusts, capital tax planning and charity law.

Samantha qualified in 1989, joined Mogers in 2006 and become a Partner in 2006.

Samantha is a member of the Charity Law Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a regular contributor of articles to the charities press and a frequent speaker on charity matters. Samantha advises on a wide range of issues, from private client matters, including inheritance tax, trust drafting and administration and wills through to advising charities on start up procedures, restructuring, negotiations with the Charity Commission and governance.
