Nicola Owen

Partner

Nicola is a partner in the private client team at Mogers specialising in powers of attorney, deputyships, care advice and estate administration. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Law Society Private Client Section.

Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, became a partner in 2006 and joined Mogers in 2012 after leaving Thrings Solicitors.

Nicola has significant experience in advising clients with business and agricultural property and dealing with complex estate administrations.
