Sam is a Solicitor in the Commercial Team.

He qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and joined Mogers in 2012 after leaving Edwin Coe LLP.

Sam supports the corporate and employment teams and advises on a wide range of issues including advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and private limited companies, commercial contracts and contentious and non contentious employment matters.
