Samantha is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and joined Mogers in 2011 after leaving MLM Cartwright in Cardiff.

Samantha specialises in property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development land transactions (for both the private and public sector), secured lending instructions and telecommunications work (acquisition/disposal of sites for mobile phone masts).
