Tom is a Solicitor at Mogers specialising in Private Client Law.

Tom qualified as a Solicitor in 2010, joined Mogers in 2011 after leaving Wilsons in Salisbury and became an Associate in 2013.

His areas of expertise includes advising on probate, wills and all types of Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering them with the Office of the Public Guardian, Court of Protection work and Advance Medical Decisions.

Tom has a particular interest in the agricultural sector, advising farmers and landowners on tax efficient Wills and succession planning.
