Tom is a Partner specialising in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance work and head of the Commercial Team.

Tom joined Mogers in 2011 after leaving Clarke Willmott in Bristol.

Tom advises private and public companies, funders and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters across a range of business sectors, including care, retail, sport, low and hi-tech manufacturing and leisure. Tom has substantial experience of advising on private company acquisitions and disposals, joint venture and shareholder agreements, corporate financing and reconstruction, commercial contracts (including franchising), and turn around and recovery matters.
