Workplace Disputes
Situations of conflict in the workplace can present themselves at any time. To safeguard your position, you may need to take action quickly.
If your employer is in the process of taking or has taken disciplinary action against you, it is important that you know your rights. If you have been the victim of bullying at work, harassment or discrimination, you have the right to raise a grievance with your employer. You may also have the right to start Court or Tribunal proceedings. In most cases, grievances should be raised before further action, such as launching a tribunal claim, is taken.
