HIPs - Home Information Packs

If you are intending to sell your residential property a Home Information Pack (HIP) will need to be prepared. The HIP comprises evidence of the legal title to your property, a Local Search, a Drainage and Water Search, an Energy Assessment and a sale statement. It is likely that the current regulations will change so that the HIP will need to be complete before your property can be marketed.

In many cases the HIP is available within five days of order.
