Purchase of a House or Flat

At Mogers we understand that for many people the buying of a property is a major decision; not only because the purchase needs to be an investment for the future, but also because the property is likely to be the family home for some time to come.

We work with you to ensure that you are kept fully informed of developments every step of the way, and work hard to ensure you receive the personal service that you would expect from a firm such as Mogers.

The flowchart below gives an overview of the general purchase procedure, although if you wish to discuss your particular circumstances please do not hesitate to contact any of our specialist conveyancing team who would be happy to help.
